The way to the heart is most certainly the stomach so read the recipe 👇🏻
360g of 70-80% dark chocolate
50g unsalted butter, cut into 1 cm cubes
8 organic eggs, separated
Optional 4 TBSPN sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius
Grease 20cm spring form pan with butter
Melt butter and chocolate in a heat resistant bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Mix occasionally so that chocolate doesn’t burn.
Whisk eggs whites in a glass bowl until they form stiff peaks
Allow chocolate mix to cool and add to egg yolks and mix well.
Gradually fold egg whites a little at a time
Add mixture to spring from pan and place in oven
Cook for 40 minutes in oven or until when pan is moved, the batter doesn’t. Its ok if this cake is still a little moist in the middle
