Ingredients
1/2 cup milk kefir, whole milk yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 a banana
1/4 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup zucchini
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 avocado
2 sprigs fresh mint (optional)
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
